Real families • beautiful loctations • Timeless Memories
Having a consistent home and a place for my boys to call their own, has always been a dream of mine and I was so proud to make it ours. I realized that I had all these photos from our sessions that we did every year but, we never looked at them. I’d post them on Facebook and Instagram and wouldn’t see them again until I’d get my memory reminder from social media. That’s when I decided to start offer products to my clients. Now that it’s included, I take the stress of ordering prints off your hands!
It’s almost that time of year. Blossoms at the capitol! Nothing singles the end of winter, like trees blossoming. The Utah Capitol is one of my favorite outdoor locations to shoot it and also one of the stressful haha! I think it’s the fact that we’re all just so over winter, we can’t wait to see beautiful colors and that wonderful sunlight. If you’re wanting to know more about booking your Utah State Capitol Cherry Blossoms session here, you came to the right spot!
I’ve known Kyra for a few years through her Instagram account Utahwithkids but we’ve never actually met in person. I was so excited when we decided to photograph her family so we could finally meet! She has 3 boys so we have being a boy mom in common and she just had a little girl who is the cutest thing ever! I hope you enjoy this indoor family session in Draper studio.
One of my favorite parts about being a photographer, are having repeat clients. I’ve been photographing these two brothers for a few years now and I feel so honored to have them back each time. In the past, Nico (the younger one), has been TERRIFIED of me. So, I was fully prepared for the same reaction this year during their sibling Santa photos.
Can we talk about how gorgeous this mama is? We met through social media and I was so excited when we started planning her mommy daughter session in my Draper studio. Being a mom, I feel it’s so important to have photos that you love with your kids.
Funny story, when I first started my photography journey- I decided to start with newborns. You know, those adorable posed sessions where the baby is all wrapped up and looking adorable. I thought to myself, “I love babies so this will be perfect!” Boy was I wrong! I quickly learned that newborn studio sessions are a lot harder than they look.
As a new mom, getting photos done is the last thing you want to be thinking about. I get it. Especially when I had my first, learning to balance it all was hard. But, these moments of them fitting in our hands are so so short. When they are little and sleep most of the day and stay snuggled in their swaddle. So while it can be a bit stressful, I promise you’ll be glad you did it for years to come. I hope you enjoy this adorable 3 month old studio session!
Being a mom, I feel like getting beautiful photos with our kids is SO HARD. Not only do you have to plan outfits, and work with schedules but getting dressed is hard. Add on getting ready as a new mom, that’s even HARDER. Which is why this mom and me studio session gave me all the feels and made me SO DANG HAPPY.
When you have your teeny baby, the days go by so slowly. It feels like you’re just trying to make it to the next day. This continues until poof! Your baby is turning two and you don’t know where the time went. Our baby went from fitting in our hands to being so big we can barely carry them! So here’s your reminder to start planning your child’s session! And I hope you enjoy this cute boys child portrait session in Draper.
As parents, we always want to see our kids get along. At least, that’s how I feel. I hate seeing them fight. I think that’s why I love this sibling session in Draper studio so much. Funny thing is, growing up, I was constantly picking on my brother. My aunt (aka my best friend growing up) and I would constantly gang up on him. If we weren’t teasing him, we would make games and have “no boys allowed rules.”
