I’ve said this before so it probably sound a bit repetitive but because I am a photographer, I’ve made taking photos of my kids and family a priority. This last fall, I texted my aunts and told them I wanted to do a quick session with them and their mom (my grandma). My mom is the oldest of 7 so you’ll notice we’re missing one. We were missing my aunt that lives in Florida so we’ll have to do another session next time she’s in town. We decided to keep it simple and do their sister session in Daybreak which located in South Jordan. It’s a beautiful location and easy to walk to.
Since I was very adamant we did the session, we pushed through even though it was super cold and windy. We pushed on! In my eyes, it was best to do the session than to cancel and postpone. Life is always changing, my new motto is “done is better than perfect” and we I know we’ll be happy we did these photos years from now.
