Indoor family session in Draper Studio
I’ve known Kyra for a few years through her Instagram account Utahwithkids but we’ve never actually met in person. I was so excited when we decided to photograph her family so we could finally meet! She has 3 boys so we have being a boy mom in common and she just had a little girl who is the cutest thing ever! I hope you enjoy this indoor family session in Draper studio.

I love doing outdoor shoot because of the beautiful sceneries, gorgeous light and the variety it provides. That being said, there’s just something about indoor sessions. While outdoor sessions are amazing, it’s nice to not have to worry about the elements during an indoor session. We did Kyras session in the middle of winter and with her having young kids, it was great not having to worry about runny noses, flushed cheeks or someone falling and getting dirt all over their cute clothes. I mean, how cute are they?
Parents need their photo taken too
While, I do think it’s important to capture all your kids moments. I like to take some time to get photos of everyone, including parents! I know it’s hard to plan everyone’s outfits, get them ready and make sure you’re ready on top of that. But time goes so dang fast, it’s just as important to get photos of mom and dad.
